The recent trend of strong home sales in the Dayton region continued in February. The Dayton Area Board of Realtors reported 882 home sales last month, a 3 percent increase over the 855 single-family and condominium sales reported in February of last year. The average sales price of homes was $153,923, an eight precent increase from February 2017. The median home price also saw a 2 percent increase over last year to $129,9000.
