Fredrik Eklund has a new “Million Dollar Listing.” His own.
The Manhattan-based broker and star of the popular reality-TV show recently placed his Tribeca apartment on the market for $6.5 million, People reported.
According to property records, the celebrity broker appears to have purchased the place in 2016 for $5,426,000. And if the place sells for around ask, he’ll once again demonstrate his talent for making a deal.
Eklund is known for his impressive real estate career, but the life of the high-flying, hard-working, jet-setting 41-year-old has changed since he moved into this sweet pad.

He and his husband, artist Derek Kaplan, welcomed twins into their lives via surrogate in November 2017. So the couple and their babies are moving out of the sleek space in New York City and opting for a more family-friendly residence in the city. As viewers of the Bravo TV show know, Eklund also owns a posh country home in Connecticut—no one’s living on the street here.
It’s no shock that the couple’s renovated three-bedroom, four-bath condo in the recently finished building is stunning in every way. It was designed by Paris Forino, and its layout boasts 50 linear feet directly over the Hudson River, with floor-to-ceiling windows to take in the city and water views.
It certainly checks all the boxes, or as the listing description suggests, “Fireplace, check! Up to 11-foot-high ceilings, check!”
The open layout with living and dining space also contains built-in bookshelves, white oak herringbone floors, and a designer open kitchen featuring slabs of Italian marble and a wine fridge. Check. Check. Check.
Eklund’s favorite feature is located in the master bathroom: “the 3,000-pound tub cut in one piece of marble,” says the reality TV star of his lovable luxe amenity.
Designed by Brooklyn-based firm Adjmi & Andreoli, the black steel building includes a 24-hour doorman, private storage, and a gym with water views.
Eklund won’t have much time to mourn leaving his Tribeca home. His attention will be turned to his two infants and Season 7 of “Million Dollar Listing New York,” coming back to Bravo at a date yet to be determined.
Eklund represents the listing with John Gomes of Douglas Elliman.
