Oscar winner Nicole Kidman and her husband, country music star Keith Urban, are departing from their luxe country home in Franklin, TN, for which they’re asking $3.45 million, according to Variety.
The duo bought the gorgeous farmhouse and guest cottage with nearly 36 acres in 2007 for $2.45 million. The property is a star in its own right.
The gated retreat is “a true sanctuary,” according to the listing. It also comes with a gym, barn, garden, and trails.
Set on a hilltop with unfettered views of the surrounding landscape, the 5,000-square-foot farmhouse has four beds, four baths, and two half-baths. There’s a formal living room with vaulted ceiling and skylights, a cozy family room with fireplace, and a kitchen with casual eating area. French doors open to the patio, which features dining space and a grill. Other rooms include an office, gym, and media room.

Although the celebrity couple are shedding their rural retreat, they will keep roots in the state, where they own a mansion in Nashville. Their real estate holdings also include a New York City condo, a Beverly Hills, CA, contemporary, along with property in Sydney, Australia, where the actress grew up. Kidman was recently nominated for a Golden Globe in the HBO series “Big Little Lies.”
