The housing market for homes priced $1 million and above has been particularly healthy for sellers in 2017, according to data from both the Minneapolis and St. Paul Realtor associations. Through November, there have been 659 accepted offers to sell those million-dollar homes, a 31.8 percent increase from the year-ago period.
