“The Godfather” star Robert Duvall got an offer he couldn’t refuse for his charming bungalow in West Hollywood, CA. The two-bedroom property sold for $1.6 million, Variety reported.
The actor had purchased the Spanish-style home with his wife, Argentine actress and director Luciana Pedraza, in 2008 for $1.1 million.
Built in 1924, the 1,065-square-foot home was fully renovated and comes with a guesthouse. The property is “walled, gated, hedged, and extremely private,” according to the listing.

The front courtyard features a fountain, and the backyard is graced with beautiful landscaping. The second bedroom has a sitting room that could be used as a small office, which overlooks the garden and has a separate entrance.
Architectural details include hardwood floors, high ceilings, an open floor plan, and french doors in the master suite that open to the backyard. The kitchen has stainless-steel appliances as well as recessed lighting. The home is located just minutes from Beverly Hills and the shops and restaurants of the Sunset Strip.
The award-winning actor, who has appeared in “Apocalypse Now” and “Godfather II,” also has an impressive array of real estate. He has an additional property on the same street in Los Angeles, a 361-acre farm in Virginia, and condos in Florida and Washington, DC.
Cynthia Land of Rodeo Realty represented the listing.
