Rapper Wiz Khalifa has branched out into real estate. He’s renting out his Bel Air home for $19,500 a month, according to TMZ.

The hip-hop artist’s L.A. property, available for both long- or short-term lease, is a spacious 9,000 square feet with six beds and 7.5 baths, and it’s available furnished or unfurnished. But given the size of the place, you may want to take advantage of the “furnished” option—unless you happen to have a warehouse full of furniture.

While photos are scant and only show the exterior, we know from the listing that the two-story property features a large open living room, formal dining room, and an oversized family room with walls of glass and high ceilings.

The gourmet chef’s kitchen boasts granite counters, a large island, and stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom features a sitting room, oversized spa tub, city views, a fireplace, and a huge walk-in closet.

Other perks include a study, media room, and gym on the lower level, along with an infinity pool surrounded by a patio and head-on city views.

The listing also obliquely states, “Many celebs lived here,” and adds that with the privacy and gates, the home is “perfect for celebrities and executives who want the best.” And who have the budget for it.

The home also appears to have been the site of a thwarted burglary last summer, at a time when the rapper was not at home. CBS Local reported that a house sitter scared off the would-be robbers.

While Khalifa is adding “landlord” to his résumé, he has reportedly decamped to a posh new pad in Encino, CA. The $3.4 million purchase got him a five-bedroom, seven-bath ultramodern smart home with 5,800 square feet. Deluxe details include white oak floors, floor-to-ceiling glass pocket-doors, and 24-foot-high ceilings, an open-air lounge, and wraparound balcony.

Before moving into his new home, the father of one had been renting a $16,000 a month Sherman Oaks mansion near his son’s school.

The 31-year-old is known to “Work Hard, Play Hard,” and has claimed to have spent $10,000 a month on marijuana. Along with chart-topping singles like “Black and Yellow,” the rapper’s song “See You Again” for the “Furious 7” movie soundtrack spent the No. 1 spot on the Billboard Hot 100 for 12 nonconsecutive weeks.
