Ewa, Salt Lake areas see higher home, condo sales in January

Sales of single-family homes in Ewa and Kapolei increased 7 percent last month, while sales of condominiums in Moanalua-Salt Lake nearly tripled, when compared with January 2018, while both areas saw single-digit gains in median prices, according to the local market report from the Honolulu Board of Realtors.
