The median price of single-family homes, townhomes and condos is on the rise in Central Florida compared to last May, according to a new Florida Realtors report. The number of single-family homes sold in the Orlando-Kissimmee-Sanford metropolitan statistical area in May was 3,261, 4.9 percent less than the year-ago period. However, the median price of sold homes is on the rise. In May, the median home price was $269,900, up 12.1 percent compared to May 2017, according to the report.
