Young Austin Realtor dies unexpectedly leaving behind a wife, 2 young children

The real estate community is mourning the loss of Courtney Phelps, a residential broker with Reilly Realtors in Austin. Phelps, 36, was visiting his family in San Antonio during the past week and didn’t feel well, according to Michael Reilly, owner of Reilly Realtors. He took a nap and never awakened.
